Yes, you're right about the ctrl-up and down arrow. I think JAWS uses those
keystrokes normally, no? You could do a key passthrough, but that is a bit
of a pain.

Note: One I think its a Jaws bug, with me the ctrl plus up and down arrows
just doesn't work, Sometimes it even crashes VLC.
With NVDA it works just fine. I think I'd report that issue to the VFO
