I pulled the maven publishing stuff out into its own page to declutter the main ReleaseTodo page. I don’t think it’s a great idea to put an example of a subset of the required steps here - Noble, your example leaves out two following steps: after staging you have to go close the repository and then release it. And I still think it would be worse to have this info all on ReleaseTodo.
Maybe instead the item should say: "go here and follow the steps: PublishMavenArtifacts.” That way it’s clear it’s not optional.
