IndexWriter.DISABLE_AUTO_FLUSH

Hello;

Has the IndexWriter.DISABLE_AUTO_FLUSH been depreceated?
I am using lucene core 2.2.0 and although it is in the documentation I can
not access IndexWriter.DISABLE_AUTO_FLUSH
