Look at how you indexed "operatingName".

operatingName field contains name of stores. other fields contains a single word or numbers. Those are ok. But this filed contains words. Once I sort on this filed, it doesn't give me proper result. Like you told me, it seems

You may need to create a separate untokenized field for the same data used for sorting, depending on whether you search by words in operatingName or not, or only use it for sorting.
