The oldest library "xml4j.jar" permit to generates a valid element tree according to the specified DTD with the follow example: jre -cp "xml4j.jar" GeneratingSample personal.dtd I do not seek the xml4j.jar to download because this library is substitute from Xerces-J project. Please can you help me to seek the xml4j.jar download link or the sample code to generates a valid element tree according to the specified DTD using Xerces? Many thanks. Bye ciao Antonio
