Hi Lynn, The document you attached is different than the one you originally posted to the list.
Specifically, <LABEL A3=""> --> <LABEL A1="Attribute Text" A3=""> which contains the required attribute. You also changed the DTD, so no wonder you're not getting any errors. Thanks.
