Hellow everyone:
I flashed Tizen IVI 3.0 into VTC1010 and run the homescreen（ico-uxf-homescreen）.
I use command(pkg_initdb) to update database. But all xml file have failed to
initialize.
Can anyone tell me how to update the database?
tizen version : tizen_20140422.1/
log:
pkg_initdb : manifest file /usr/share/packages/org.tizen.ico.homescreen.xml
Locale is en_US.utf8
