zookeeper-3.8.0.jar is located in the lib/ directory with other jars in the
binary distribution tarball. This has been the case since I think ZooKeeper
3.5. If you're upgrading from a version 3.4 or earlier, you may be used to it
being in a different directory. If you have scripts or services that assume
it's in the old location, you'll need to update those tools.
