The release notes for 1.7.0 were missing a number of important changes that
should have been mentioned. As part of the 1.8.0 release we need to add these
as an addendum to the 1.8 release notes and add a mention to the 1.7.0 release
notes:
* YUNIKORN-3021: Change default volume binding timeout to 10 minutes
* YUNIKORN-2965: Move statedump to debug endpoint
* YUNIKORN-2925: Remove internal objects from application REST response
* YUNIKORN-2811: Warn if a pod has inconsistent metadata in the shim
Special treatment:
YUNIKORN-2634 is an announcement of the removal of the legacy user info
processing in YuniKorn 1.9
