We did not mark this as getting removed in the next release in the YuniKorn
1.7.0 release notes.
Now we have a bit of an issue and need to postpone this change to the
documentation until YuniKorn 1.9.0.
I marked this Jira with the release-notes label so we do not skip over this for
the 1.8 release notes.
I also added the next release 1.9.0 to the targets as we need the two step
approach for this.
Lets hope qwe do not miss it this time.
