[~wilfreds] Comment added to helm chart as part of commit PR. The
volumeattachment informer is needed as of 1.32 for the standard set of plugins.
We don't have any logic specific to it, but this is necessary for execution
when compiled against 1.32 but running on prior K8s releases.
