[~Yu-Lin Chen] https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-2388 will update
gotest.tools/v3 to v3.5.1 so it can fix CVE also. Maybe we can review
YUNIKORN-2388 together instead of having redundant commit here :)
