When I said the marshaling APIs being unsuitable, I meant using the APIs
marshalling the Vec<char*>(which is configFileGroup).
However, on second thought, I think you are right. What you suggested
(using a back_ptr instead of the file group) makes code more tidier. So that I
rewrote this feature on your advice.
