I remove some features out, including:
ts.shared.DICT
ts.re.match (relys on ts.shared.DICT)
ts.base64_encoding
ts.base64_decoding
ts.escape_uri
ts.unescape_uri
ts.http.redirect (remove http_ctx->rri)
We can refine base64 encoding and uri encoding later.
