Wow, the Prefetch APIs is a total mess. Like, it's nothing like the rest of the
hook system, e.g. you can only have one callback for each of the 3 types of
Prefetch hooks. And worse, those hooks are not continuations, just plain
callbacks (similar to how e.g. remap APIs work).
Sigh.
