The release catalog will be hosted on a separate domain. For testing this
will `catalog-test.apache.org`. For beta `catalog.apache.org`. The following
hierarchical structure should be used.
## Directory structure
1. Top level is a directory for each Committee using the `committee_key`
2. Second level is a directory for each project using the `project_key` -
this will mean repetitions, but that's ok.
3. Third level is a directory for each release version.
## Files
1. **Committee**
- `index.html` listing current projects followed by archived projects. If
the committee is in the attic or podling retired then the page simple says so.
2. **Project**
- CLE json for the project.
- `index.html` listing the current releases. If the project is archived
then the page simple says so.
- `archive.html` listing archived releases.
3. **Release**
- `index.html` listing the artifacts as they appear on the ATR release
card.
- `artifacts.json` listing the artifacts and associated urls used on the
`index.html` page.
