### Apache StreamPipes version dev (current development state) ### Affected StreamPipes components UI ### What happened? When creating a new OPCUA adapter after entering either "URL" or "Host/Port" nothing happens. The lists below are not updated, the buttons "Clear selection & reload" and "Reload" keep disabled. You will need to toggle "Text" and "Tree" to get any response. ### How to reproduce? _No response_ ### Expected behavior Buttons "Clear selection & reload" or "Reload" are ENABLED after entering all required data ### Additional technical information _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR?
