[I] Data Lake Sink Update Fails Between Releases

   ### Body
   
   The Data Lake Sink update script fails during version upgrade. Upon 
upgrading, the configuration schema update appears twice in the Data Lake Sink. 
 
   
   **Steps to Reproduce**  
   1. Start StreamPipes version 0.95.1.  
   2. Create a simple pipeline: Data Stream → Data Lake Sink.  
   3. Stop StreamPipes.  
   4. Start StreamPipes version 0.97.0-SNAPSHOT.  
   5. Observe that the configuration schema update appears twice in the Data 
Lake Sink (see below).
