## Description
The UI can breaks if the user does not click on "Close" in certain menu
pop-ups. This issue occurs in the following scenarios:
### 1. Create Adapter
- **Steps to Reproduce**:
1. Create an adapter.
2. Click "Start Adapter" or "Edit Adapter" to open the `Adapter
generation` menu.
3. Do not click on `Close`, instead click somewhere else on the screen.
- **Impact**: User is not redirected to the adapter overview and remains on
the adapter creation page.
### 2. Pipeline Creation
- **Steps to Reproduce**:
1. Create a pipeline with the option `Start pipeline immediately`.
2. Click `Save and go to pipeline view`.
3. The `Pipeline Status` menu pops up.
4. Do not click on `Close`, instead click somewhere else on the screen.
- **Impact**: UI breaks, pipelines cannot be started or stopped.
### 3. Start/Stop Pipeline
- **Steps to Reproduce**:
1. In Pipeline & Function view, start or stop a pipeline.
2. The `Pipeline Status` menu pops up.
3. Do not click on `Close`, instead click somewhere else on the screen.
- **Impact**: UI breaks, preventing the selected pipeline from being started
or stopped.
