Cheng Pan updated SPARK-60120:
------------------------------
    Description:
Bump zstd-jni from 1.5.7-16 to 1.5.7-23, the latest release.

Since 1.5.7-18 the published jar is a Multi-Release Jar that also ships a
Foreign
Function & Memory API implementation of the native bindings. It is loaded
automatically on JDK 22+; JDK 21 and older keep the JNI implementation from the
jar root. The public API and behavior are unchanged, so no code changes are
needed.

Benchmark (ZStandardTPCDSDataBenchmark, TPC-DS SF1, JDK 25): the FFM and JNI
implementations perform on par.
