Description: test_complex_ops.py reaches only 58% line coverage of
complex_ops.py. Its comparison tests compared complex_pdf with itself, so they
never ran pandas-on-Spark code. The complex_psdf fixture they should have used
was also broken: it passed a dict to ps.concat. Two other paths had no tests:
ArrayOps.add with a non-array operand, and MapOps/StructOps.pretty_name.
