Several "# type: ignore" comments in pyspark.ml.linalg, pyspark.ml.stat and
pyspark.mllib.linalg exist only because a variable is re-bound to a value of
a different type (e.g. list -> str in __repr__, str -> int in
SparseVector.parse). This removes them by using a separate variable or
inlining the expression, matching the existing code in pyspark.mllib.linalg.
No behavior change.
