Description:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-34863 introduced the
ParquetColumnVector class and alongside it 2 column vectors: `repetitionLevels`
and `definitionLevels`. These vectors are allocated by the class but never
closed.
Meanwhile, other PRs have changed this class and also allocated column vectors
but did not close them:

* [https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/48851]
When using OFF_HEAP mode these vectors will lead to memory leaks.
