Description:
When the Spark Web UI is accessed through a web proxy, opening the driver or
executor *"Thread Dump"* panel from the Executors page fails to load the flame
graph static resources.
For example, when the Spark UI is accessed at:
/proxy/application_1769588986968_67458200/
the thread dump panel requests the following URL:
/static/d3-flamegraph.css
This returns HTTP 404 because the proxy base path is missing. The expected URL
is:
/proxy/application_1769588986968_67458200/static/d3-flamegraph.css
The same issue affects `d3.min.js` and `d3-flamegraph.min.js`.
