Several comments in the root pom.xml contain grammatical errors: produce rather
than produces for a singular subject, needed when run MapReduce test, for
support Datasketches HllSketch, a missing article in Couple of dependencies, If
one don't use OSGi, a missing infinitive in needs an external plugin handle it,
and production of for distribution where or was intended.
This corrects those, and also spells macOS consistently in the two comments
that used MacOS (the file already uses macOS elsewhere). All edits are inside
XML comment bodies: no versions, coordinates, scopes, or ordering are touched,
and no script matches on this comment text, so the build is unaffected.
