Apply the HasIntermediateStorageLevel shared param (introduced in SPARK-57860)
to the
tree ensemble estimators: GBTClassifier, GBTRegressor, RandomForestClassifier,
RandomForestRegressor. Unlike the linear estimators, these thread the storage
level
through internal implementation classes (GradientBoostedTrees.scala,
RandomForest.scala).
Includes the corresponding PySpark changes and tests. Part of SPARK-47103.
