The feature flag for Types Framework proved to cause more issues than benefit.
The integration of the framework is such that no old types/behavior will ever
be affected.
The framework flag caused perf issues, harder integration of new types, etc.
and we decided to remove it. The main benefit - implementing new types
can/should go only through the framework from this point on.
