Modify the make_timestamp() function to create a timestamp from date and time.

make_timestamp(date [, time [, timezone ] ])

# date: A date expression
# time: A time expression
h4. Returns
A TIMESTAMP.
h4. Examples

> SELECT make_timestamp(DATE'2014-12-28', TIME'6:30.45.887');
2014-12-28 06:30:45.887
