In spark-streaming-kinesis-asl_2.11 v2.0.1,
{{org.apache.spark.streaming.kinesis.KinesisBackedBlockRDD}} calls
{{BlockManager#get}} on line 104, which was removed from {{BlockManager}}
between v2.0.0 and v2.0.1. It looks like this bug is still in v2.0.2-rc1 as
well.
