In spending some time with Calico Networks Mesos integration, I see this
feature as a must for frameworks. This allows truly multi-tenant operation on
the cluster, and isolation between tenants. It also helps with a host of issues
related to containers, networking, port conflicts etc. By allowing a user to
specify a virtual network for executors, it would move many aspects of Spark on
Mesos ahead.
