Hi, [~rxin].
I have a question about VIEW description (VIEW SQL).
`SQLBuilder` is in `sql/core` and temporary views (like information schema) are
in `SessionCatalog` of `sql/catalyst` as a private map.
Since `sql/catalyst` can not generate View SQL by itself, `InformationSchema`
needs some API to access them.
It seems not desirable, but is it okay to make one?
