Already documented in line 164- of upgrade notes in last commit. As long as
it is the user's own `log4j2.xml`, we do not manage it. We COULD of course have
read the content, detected `${sys:solr.log.dir}` and patched it... But
ultimately Solr should have supported both variants for another major cycle..
We were **very** eager to get rid of stuff in 10.x and now we see the fruits
of that with a good handfull of breaking changes. Well well.
