`9.11.0` once this version of the Solr Operator reconciles it.
+Set `spec.solrImage.tag` explicitly if you need to control when that happens.
+Solr `9.11` also refuses to start a node whose `major.minor` version is lower
than that of any Solr node already running in the same SolrCloud cluster,
+so rolling a running cluster back to an older Solr version is no longer
possible without taking the whole cluster down first.

Review Comment:
This safeguard already exists in Solr 9.10 and compares the joining node
with the lowest live-node version, not every newer node. It also has a
documented `SOLR_CLOUD_DOWNGRADE_ENABLED` override, so a full-cluster shutdown
is not an unconditional requirement. Describe the default restriction and
override, while warning that disabling the check does not guarantee downgrade
compatibility.

Review Comment:
The operator persists the selected default in `spec.solrImage.tag`, so
upgrading the operator alone leaves previously defaulted clusters on their old
Solr version rather than delivering the advertised security fixes. Clarify that
only an empty live tag receives the new default, and instruct existing users to
explicitly select `9.11.0`. Same issue in `helm/solr/Chart.yaml:64` and
`helm/solr-operator/Chart.yaml:142`.
