[https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-18267] introduced the ability to
disable HNSW graph construction for brute-force vector search use cases with
knnAlgorithm="flat". This is currently supported for DenseVectorField and
ScalarQuantizedDenseVectorField in Solr 10.1.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-18547 plans to extend this
functionality for BinaryQuantizedDenseVectorField.

[~abenedetti] mentioned that the documentation could be improved to make it
clearer which functionality is and isn't supported.
This ticket covers the work needed to improve the Solr Ref Guide documentation
for Dense Vector fields with knnAlgorithm="flat".
