Eric Pugh updated SOLR-18526:
-----------------------------
    Description:
I noticed in
[file:///Users/epugh/Documents/projects/solr-epugh/solr/solr-ref-guide/build/site/solr/latest/deployment-guide/enabling-ssl.html#start-user-managed-cluster-or-standalone-solr]
that we talk about starting user managed, but the bin/start command isn't
correct, it's an old legagcy one.

1) Sweep through the REf Guide and check the start commands.

2) sweep through the ref guide and check that we always use our agreed on
awkward pharsing of "User Managed (Standalone)" or whatever the most common
pattern is.

FYI, we basically had a food fight over the right name, some folks felt it was
user managed, and the community says standalone, so we jsut use both!  and have
weird bin/solr start option name!

UPDATE: per dev list comment, we are going with Standalone.
