I was thinking that https://solr.apache.org/benchmarks would be a natural
home for the benchmark results.

But since it is the nightly test bot that will publish these, it may be a
bit hassle to run through the website git staging / merging procedure.

We could use the same procedure as ref-guide, but that requires pushing
content to svn, which is also not bot friendly.

Could we perhaps publish the mini-site somewhere else that INFRA can mount
up on the web server file system, and thus reachable with a `.htaccess` rule?

If neither of these fly, we could instead publish at
https://benchmarks.solr.apache.org/ and point that subdomain DNS record to
wherever we like it to be, like S3 or nightlies.
