At the end of the day, operating a distributed solr cluster over time requires
you to take ownership of TLS cert including rotation and there are various
tools and practices for this, so we should not recommend any particular option
for users. Such a tool would be for getting started on day-2 ops but cannot
replace proper cert/key management.
