PluginInfo now groups children by type instead of by name when serializing, so
children of different types that share a name (the highlight formatter and
encoder, both named "html") no longer overwrite each other, and the SolrConfig
workaround that skipped the "highlight" searchComponent is removed. One visible
change: the serialized child grouping is keyed by type rather than name,
matching how getChildren(type) consumes it. PluginInfoTest covers the
shared-name case.
