🤖 Adds a `replication` span covering every index fetch, i.e. `ReplicationHandler.doFetch`: recovery, TLOG/PULL replicas polling the leader, user-managed followers, and the `fetchindex` command. **Attributes:** - `db.instance` (core name) - `replication.result`: the fetch result message. Status ERROR if unsuccessful, with the exception recorded if any. - From `IndexFetcher`, as they become known: `replication.leader`, `replication.leaderGeneration`, `replication.leaderFiles`, `replication.fullCopy`, `replication.bytesDownloaded` HTTP requests to the leader (index version, file list, file fetches) become child spans. When recovery triggers the fetch, this nests under the `recovery` span from #4961. Note: replicas that poll create one `replication` span per poll interval, even when already in sync. Those polls already produced leader-side traces, and sampling controls volume.
