This wraps `RecoveryStrategy.run()` in a `recovery` span (tagged with `db.instance`) and makes it current, so those HTTP requests become child spans. **Span attributes:** `recovery.strategy` (`syncOrReplicate` / `replicateOnly`), `recovery.afterStartup`, `recovery.retries`, `recovery.outcome` (`recovered` / `failed` / `becameLeader` / `closed`). **Span events:** `leaderFound` (leader URL), `bufferUpdates`, `peerSync` / `peerSyncDone` (success), `replicate`, `replay` / `replayDone` (success), `publishActive`, `retry` (count), plus the outcome.
