Description:
There are two hotspots revealed during benchmarking SOLR-18307
* intersection of the cached from-side query and join-column - it should be
adaptive leapfrog instead
* join-index causes a lot of merges, merge spend a lot of time in enumerating
empty stored fields sic - just introduce a codec without stored fields for
auxJoinIdex only (can opt out)
Also add some traces (off by default)
