Hey [~ab] [~houston] will moving this to 4.0 cause any issues for you, I know
you were an early contribotrs to this. I was wondering if the Kafka 4 ugprade
is something that can only go to Solr 11, and not to Solr 10? Or is it all
self contained enough, that it can go to 11 AND 10?
