What do you think of me just spiking out adding the files to nightly setup, and 
then if that works, then we propose that?  

I think we have taken a small thing and made it a big thing.

One other idea, i could store them in OpenSource Connections public S3 bucket.  
It's not ideal, but we do offerup some other datasets as a community service.   

Or, do we just punt on this for now?
