SOLR-17933: Remove DirectSolrConnection from test (#3708)
Remove DirectSolrConnection from code base
Update the tests to use sdoc() helpers instead of xml based string generating
helpers doc()
Some refactoring of TestHarness, remove some code paths that are not exercised.
One global refactoring sneaking in of using List.of for ContentStream
collection.
