I think we need to seperate the README into a couple of topics. The README should be focused on the consumer of the solr-mcp project. How do I start using it as a end user data scientist, AI engineer, ML person, search relevance person. Separately I think we should have a `./dev-docs` directory that has our developer docs. This is the pattern we have in https://github.com/apache/solr-operator/tree/main/dev-docs and https://github.com/apache/solr/tree/main/dev-docs repos.
