Remove the deprecated, legacy Tika1.x LocalTikaExtractionBackend in version 10,
leaving only the new 'tikaserver' implementation.
This allows us to remove all the Tika Parser dependencies as well, which are
many megabytes.
We cannot remove {{tika-core}} dependency before also the XLSXResponseWriter
and TikaLanguageIdentifierUpdateProcessor are gone.
