+1 to removing 'json' from requirements.txt.
I'm a bit leery to nuke it without having [~janhoy] weigh in as I'm not a
Python expert, but for me at least (1) pip gives "no distribution found" errors
looking for the json package, and (2) in a clean-env Python shell I'm able to
"import json" without any special package installs. (Running Python 3.9.6, fwiw)
