[~dsmiley] Does this involve only marking this deprecated, i do see that the
constructor [{-}public Builder(List<String> zkHosts, Optional<String>
zkChroot){-}] is being used in RunSampleTool and KafkaCrossDCConsumer. So is
there need to change the usage right away for these two references or just
marking deprecated will be the task?
