Jan Høydahl commented on SOLR-17633: ------------------------------------ Come to think about it, we could place the tracker script in a central location, e.g. [https://solr.apache.org/theme/javascript/matomo-solr.js] and then instead of inlining everywhere, link to it with a {{<script src="https://solr.apache.org/theme/javascript/matomo-solr.js">}} tag. That makes it easier should there be a new version of the tracker script in the future. It would also make the footprint of including the script more places smaller. > Add Matomo script to website for analytics > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: SOLR-17633 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17633 > Project: Solr > Issue Type: Task > Components: website > Reporter: Jan Høydahl > Assignee: Jan Høydahl > Priority: Major > Labels: pull-request-available > Time Spent: 1h 10m > Remaining Estimate: 0h > > ASF infra offers projects to gain insights into how people use their > websites, using a privately hosted instance of Matomo.
