We'd need to fix [https://github.com/apache/solr/blob/main/gradle/help.gradle]
to point to the equivalent dev-docs/foo.adoc files instead. And perhaps just
live with adoc not being as readable as txt. Or remove the individual help
tasks in the build and replace them with a single help command that point users
too the dev-docs/ folder.
